Privacy Policy We collect and use the personal data for the following purposes: Establish and maintain relations with business partners, i.e. communicate effectively with and appear relevant and well prepared towards same Systematically plan and work structured with our sales efforts and business knowledge 5 Automated individual decision-making The above personal data is not used for automated decision-making purposes. 6 Sources We collect personal data directly from you. In some cases, we may collect data from third parties: We collect the certificate of medical fitness or information on its result from the doctor who performed your medical examination We collect the information relating to injuries and accidents directly from you and in some cases our Customers, Semco Maritime Group companies, local authorities, local medical hospitals and doctors, insurance agencies and their suppliers, travel agencies etc. We collect the information relating to the corporate credit card spending from the credit card supplier We collect data relating to your pension and insurance scheme from our pension provider We collect tax information from tax authorities As regards our CRM system, we generate some of the data ourselves based on interactions with the customers and vendors. 7 Legal basis for the collection and processing of the personal data The legal basis for our collection and processing of educational information on safety courses etc. is that we are required to obtain it under section 50 of the Danish Offshore Safety Act (in Danish: lovbekendtgørelse nr. 831 af 1. juli 2015, "Offshoresikkerhedsloven"). The legal basis for our collection and processing of certificates of medical fitness is that we are required to obtain it under section 55, subsection 1, of the Danish Offshore Safety Act and the executive orders issued under this section. The legal basis for our collection and processing of a copy of your passport is that we are required to obtain it under various local security and travel laws and practices. For the personal identification number (in Denmark; CPR number) and for tax information etc., the legal basis for our collection and processing is that we are required to calculate taxes and report your salary and pension details etc. to the tax authorities under section 3 in the Danish Income Register Act (in Danish: lovbekendtgørelse nr. 49 af 12. januar 2015, "Indkomstregistreringsloven''). The legal basis for our collection and processing of injury and accident information is that it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim cf. art.
