Privacy Policy 9(2)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation applicable as of 25th May 2018 ("GDPR") or for vital interests where you are physically or legally incapable of giving consent, cf. art. 9(2)(c). The legal basis for our collection and processing of information relating to whether the criminal record is clean or not is that it is based on our legitimate interests, which outweigh your interests cf. art. 6(1)(b) and art. 6(1)(t) of the GDPR) in that i) we comply with the data minimization principle in only collecting the outcome of the criminal record (clean or not clean) and not information on criminal offences or records, and ii) a clean criminal record is mandatory for certain job types in order to meet the security and personnel demands of the Customers for the hired labour. The legal basis for our collection and processing of the remaining of the abovementioned categories of personal data is that the collection and processing is necessary to enter into an employment contract and for the performance of the employment contract as the purpose of this contract is supplying labour to the Customers of Semco Maritime, cf. art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. As regards our CRM system, the legal basis for our collection and processing of the above-mentioned categories of personal data is that the collection and processing is necessary to possibly enter into a contract and for the performance of the contract between a Customer and Semco Maritime, cf. art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. 8 Disclosure of your personal data If you are employed with Semco Maritime, the personal data (or relevant parts of them) may be disclosed and shared with the following recipients: Other Semco Maritime group companies located anywhere in the world (together with Semco Maritime referred to as "Semco Maritime Group" - you can find a list of group companies here: https://www.semcomaritime.com/enen/contact/offices Semco Maritime Group's Customers, including their headquarters and local companies, associated entities and joint venture and consortium partners who operate offshore wind farms, oil or gas drilling platforms or rigs ("Customers") Tax authorities Pension provider Travel agencies, accommodation, embassies, consulates and the like, public authorities etc. Credit card provider Insurance companies, doctors and/or hospitals regarding injury and accident information (if any) Next of kin External advisors, forensics, lawyers, etc. Auditors In the hiring-out process, Semco Maritime discloses your CV to the Customers in order for them to evaluate your merits and qualifications, certificates, etc. If there is a match with the requirements and the needs of the Customer, the purpose of the disclosure is to handle security clearing, travel, visa and accommodation as well as other practical Note: Hard copies are considered non-controlled documents.
