Privacy Policy If you have not provided the above-mentioned personal data at the commencement date of your employment or upon request, Semco Maritime will terminate your employment immediately and without notice. If, during your employment, you do not (continue to) deliver the personal data reasonably required for the performance of your work duties, including the mandatory personal data, Semco Maritime will reserve the right as we deem appropriate based on an assessment of the circumstances, to terminate your employment without notice or use other sanctions. The Whistleblower Arrangement has been implemented in order to comply with our CSR, anti-bribery and customer contracts under applicable law so that employees are able and encouraged to raise concerns about possible criminal acts, such as suspected bribery, corruption and/or fraud, in a confidential manner.
