If you are employed with Semco Maritime, we store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, however, for no longer than needed under the statutory barring of legal claims and expectedly, no less than 5 years from the date of termination of the employment contract. As regards our CRM system, we store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above. 13 Your rights Subject to the conditions set out in the applicable data protection legislation, you enjoy certain rights, including: the right to request access to your personal data rectification or erasure of personal data restriction of processing, data portability objection to the processing of personal data, incl. to automated decision-making and profiling. the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. 14 Mandatory/contractual requirements and preconditions for the employment Under the above-mentioned legislation, it is mandatory for you to provide educational information on safety courses etc., a copy of your passport and certificate of medical fitness upon request. Since we need to assess your qualifications etc. for the job and to approve you for the employment, you must provide the other types of personal data to us if you wish to be considered for the position and to continue to qualify for it. Any offer of employment and your continued employment with us is conditional upon you providing the mandatory personal data mentioned above to Semco Maritime and upon their request, to our Customers.
