Fire and Gas Specialist Team Modification and Service The Semco Maritime Fire and Gas Specialist Team is a combination of highly skilled technicians and engineers with more than 20 years of experience from onshore and offshore installations, rigs and vessels. Within the Fire and Gas team we cover all aspects within: • Fire Detection systems and components • Fire Fighting systems and components • Gas Detection systems and components sector where we have operated more than 25 years. We have specific experience in design, modification and replacement of systems in ATEX areas on mobile rigs and fixed platforms, where minimum down time and limited space are key words, and in systems for offshore wind farm substations. Our experience is complemented with a strong safety record. The combination of technical experience, process knowledge and overall familiarity with industry standards and norms across a full range of applications, has enabled us to supply a full spectrum of systems. To date this has ranged from: • Fire and Gas detection on drilling rigs • Combined ESD/Fire and Gas systems for production platforms • Fire detection and fire fighting, on a large amount of substations for offshore wind farms • Fully integrated fire detection, monitoring and alarm systems for marine vessels We offer customized EPCI projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation), for new systems, modification of existing systems as well as service for Fire and Gas and Fire Fighting systems.
